AirFunk Lounge Series vol.1
Compiled by expert knob twiddler and dedicated Parisian crate digger Maxime dB, the AirFunk Lounge Series Vol. 1 brings together 18 tracks from a broad cast of producers working between jazz-tinted electronics, laid-back house and slow-burn funk. The mood stays low-lit throughout, but the range is wide - from the off-kilter shuffle of Sweely's 'AirFrance' and Hostom's dubbed-out 'Beyond The Apex' to Greg Paulus' twilight reverie 'Sometimes It's About Us'. Contributions come from artists scattered across Europe and the Americas, including Parisian keyboardist Paul Cut, Buenos Aires-born Barem, Berlin's Markus Sommer and LA mainstay Adam Collins.
